FACADE INSPECTION SAFETY PROGRAM (FISP)
New York City’s “Façade Inspection Safety Program” (FISP), previously known as Local Law 11, requires that Owners of buildings with more than six (6) stories above any grade have their exterior walls and appurtenances inspected periodically, in 5-year cycles.
PERIODIC INSPECTION OF PARKING STRUCTURES (PIPS)
Local Law 126 (PIPS) has been in effect since January 2021. This law refers to parking structures and addresses the requirements to regularly inspect and repair, as required and defined by the NYC Building Code.
BUILDING ASSESSMENT SERVICES
We incorporate invasive and non-invasive methods of inspections through-out the building as well as extensive photographic documentation, testing, and analysis of materials.

CONSULTING SERVICES
We provide expert guidance throughout all phases of a project, offering strategic insight, feasibility evaluations, due diligence assessments, and existing conditions evaluations. In accordance with NYC Building Code and applicable local laws to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
We oversee the construction process to ensure work is executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and applicable codes. Our team coordinates with contractors, reviews progress, and addresses field conditions to maintain quality and efficiency.

In any instances where an expert witness testimony is required due to a legal claim, STONE, on the behalf of the owner and/or management, will act as the expert witness in providing evidence on the part of management and owner.
