LONDON TERRACE GARDENS
The complex is comprised of 10 buildings; each building had unique defects and conditions that needed attention. The scope of work included brick, stone, and lintel replacement and roof repairs/replacement, to name a few. Each building was approached as an individual entity, and collaboration between team members, the client, and management was the key to success.
