STONE replaced the existing structural assembly with corrugated steel metal decking supported by steel beams, increasing load-carrying capacity while reducing the overall weight of the sidewalk vault. The system facilitates accelerated installation, enhanced durability, and improved long-term resistance to corrosion and environmental exposure.

STONE implemented a new waterproofing assembly below the sidewalk slab to safeguard the vault structure, mitigate water intrusion, and enhance the long-term performance of the sidewalk.
