This existing residential property in the well-known Coney Island area was found to be in a heavily aging condition due to the building's proximity to the nearby ocean. STONE accessed the property and scoped replacement and repairs of all masonry found to be defective, replaced any pointing, and repaired the existing parapet at the perimeter of the building. Furthermore, STONE also replaced the stucco of all the bulkheads and recoated the entirety of the building with a white coating.
