Post completion of roofing replacement, the existing pavers were removed for new, modern wood roof deck tiles to contrast the stone of the pavers.

In conjunction with the roof replacement, STONE also scoped the replacement of the existing, aging pavers with new ones to accent the newly replaced roof.

STONE also scoped the installation of a new section of faux grass to simulate a natural oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle that is New York City. 

STONE scoped the existing picket railing for a new top mount, transparent glass railing for protective purposes as well as have an unobstructed view of the surrounding city for all tenants to see.

In addition to roofing replacement and rehabilitation, STONE also took into consideration the exterior of the facade, opposite of the roof. STONE provided necessary concrete repairs at the exterior concrete band and recoated it for a newly built appeal.

STONE took the opportunity to also address the disrepair at the masonry elements throughout the roof area, repairing and restoring anything our team found out of place or defective.
