STONE replaced all damaged decorative stone headers at the street-facing facade of the building, bringing the facade its shine.

STONE carefully replaced all damaged masonry at the building while retaining any patterns, configurations, and existing aesthetics as closely as possible.

STONE discovered the existing rear private terrace was in dire need of repairs. With repairs and rehabilitation completed, the railings looked like new, and the balcony deck, newly resurfaced to last for another decade of use.

STONE replicated the existing masonry facade and paid special attention to achieve the thinner masonry pointing course to match the adjacent existing conditions for a seamless fit

Issues with the stone headers did not extend to reach the rear of the building. STONE once again replicated existing historic brownstone conditions with matching stone headers that were originally installed, giving a perfect contrast to the brick surrounding the stone.
